HypnoBirthing® -- The Mongan Method is becoming more and more recognized as an easy, comfortable way of giving birth. Magazines, newspapers and TV and radio programs are contacting HypnoBirthing® educators around the world, asking to help get the word out. HypnoBirthing® couples have been enthusiastic in relating their experience of a peaceful, gentle birth.

Childbirth Instructor Magazine, July/Aug 1999, "A New Look at an Old Method" The article is a good, easy to read, overview of the Marie Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing®. It explains the program in more detail than the popular magazines and shows how it is closest to following the works of the late English obstetrician Grantly Dick-Read, MD, author of Childbirth Without Fear in 1944, and who is considered to be the "father of natural childbirth".
