5 EFT Stories
We have had terrific
success with this powerful technique. Here are five short examples
of those successes:
˛ Chocolate Craving: During the last, 100% of the participants reduced (80%
completely eliminated) their cravings for chocolate while holding
a Hershey’s Chocolate Kiss!
˛ Head Ache: A participant at a Stress Busting
for Life
Workshop initially rated
her headache as an “8” (on a 1-10 scale). In less than 10 minutes,
she reported it completely gone!
˛ Back Pain: The client had hurt her back moving a heavy object a week or so earlier.
On a scale of 1 to 10, the client rated her back pain as an “8”.
In less than 2 minutes, it was reduced to a “2”. Because it was
a physical injury, we didn’t get it below “2”.
˛ Anger Created Stress: The client, a
medically retired big city policeman, was so emotionally intense
about an anger issue he could not even verbalize it. In about 10
minutes, he was asked to Close your eyes and imagine watching [the
event] on TV. Do you have any emotional reaction to the event? After
a couple of moments, he replied A little bit - on a BIG SCREEN.
˛ Arthritis Pain Relief: The Be a Positive Non-Smoker client had
nagging arthritic discomfort in her hand. She stated it stayed at
a constant 2-3 (flaring higher.) After the very first series, -
about 2 minutes- she was amazed. I can still hear the bones pop,
but there is no pain!
